Recruiting and retaining healthcare professionals is one of biggest challenges facing the health care industry in today’s climate. It’s vital to use a strategic approach that emphasizes recruiting the right employees who will stay for an extended period of time.

This five-hour workshop goes through the four-part process of 3RNet’s Recruiting for Retention Guides including topics such as: Planning and Preparation, Marketing and Finding Health Professionals, Matching and Committing, and Retaining for the Lifecycle of the Employee. You will learn how to strategize and implement best practices, and you’ll walk away with a plan that includes practical solutions for recruiting and retaining healthcare professionals into rural and underserved communities.

Space is limited to a maximum of fifty (50) attendees.  Coffee and a boxed lunch will be provided. This workshop is FREE for employees of Louisiana rural health facilities but, due to limited space, REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.  The course is best suited for human resources staff/recruiters, the executive team, leaders, and hiring managers.
